Receptionist- Care Center
Starting hourly pay based on experience.
- Operates switchboard, greets the public and responds to questions.
- Maintains resident confidentiality and work area that appears organized, uncluttered and professional at all times.
- Records resident information via Microsoft Excel/Word and performs various typing and clerical tasks duties for all departments.
- Assists in scheduling transportation for resident’s medical appointments
- Sorts and distributes mail, newspapers & packages
- Receipts money from volunteer sales, stamps sales, card sales or meal/food purchases.
- Duties as assigned
- High school diploma / GED.
- Must have 3 months – a year of customer service experience.
- Possess basic typing and clerical skills.
- Must be friendly, personable with the ability to multi-task.
