CBRF Director
Location: Cedarburg, WI | Full-Time
Lasata Senior Living is seeking an experienced CBRF Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our new 21-bed CBRF assisted living community on the Lasata campus in Cedarburg. Lasata Senior Living is owned and operated by Ozaukee County and offers a continuum of senior living services, including a 106-bed skilled nursing facility, 59-unit RCAC, 60-unit Independent Living community, and the new 21-bed CBRF.
This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and build a new residential community while leading a team dedicated to providing high-quality services and an exceptional experience for residents and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily CBRF operations, staffing, scheduling, and resident services.
- Supervise and support Resident Assistant (RA) staff.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and operational resources.
- Support development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
- Ensure accurate documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
- Conduct tours and meet with prospective residents and families to support census and occupancy.
- Collaborate with other leaders across the Lasata campus.
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, residential services, or healthcare.
- Prior experience in a Wisconsin DHS 83 CBRF setting.
- Experience opening a new facility or developing a new program preferred.
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
